Rebellion less effective due to huge villages.

Villages are also growing much larger than in the last version. It's reduced the effectiveness of rebellions. I find rebellions to be some the most interesting events that can occur. I went from kingdoms that would last on average 100-800 year to the new version where they can seemingly last forever. Don't know if this is a feature or a bug.

ik its really annoying how villages can now be the size of germany on a 14x15 europe map. i have to manually make them smaller (using powerbox) and i want there to be a much smaller limit on the max size of villagess
