Hyennas not ganging or ganking rhinos and just letting the rhinos do a mass killing on them

I think its best that sometimes you gotta add mechanics that can let creatures do self defence because you cant just let hyennas not kill rhinos.

The post is worded strangely, but this is an issue I have experienced. Hyenas seem to not only refuse to prey on large animals like buffalo and rhinos, but also do not defend themselves when being attacked by rhinos. Other animals seem to be having issues as well, such as crocodiles not being able to target creatures well and dogs simply dieing of starvation.
