when Nation declares war on another nation they will gether army and go but when in that time the war is already done the soldies will still go there and get stuck there for some time

Ya sometimes a army of 100 will just stand in a village and not even capture it

I know that I'm a bit late to say this, but I believe this is actually an intended (albeit not properly made) mechanic that prevents armies from annexing territories until all defensive towers are destroyed. With especially large villages, armies may just never see defenses, and never go to attack them (leading to them standing still without taking the land). I hope this was helpful, though I think this mechanic issue may have been fixed or at the very least changed to function better.
