If there are 2 continents, each continent has 2 kingdom. When one kingdom on this continent has war with one kingdom on other continent, one of these 2 kingdom will transport the army cross the sea first, sometimes the army will be transport to the kingdom has war with them, sometimes they will be transport to other kingdom on the same continent with the kingdom that they have war with, in this case the army has just been transported do noting, the kingdom they have war with is next to the kingdom that they have transported to but they don't cross the border to attack they just stand there. When they have peace, thế Transport board doesn't transport them to home
