too many troops

i think the reson ya getting things like, the people are not making mines ect. is cus there no one to make it. i have a village of 30 people, it says there is 28 troops. so theres that. idk. cus they not really doing much. but have plenny of troops/

acuttly i think it a mix of both a true problem an to many troops. cuz i have another village that has enoghf proplr to do shit but they dont./ like brah. idk.

each village of this cultrue only makes 4 buidings
