Boats Teleporting Units

When a transport boats lands, whether for invasion or colonization, sometimes the units do not come directly out of the boat. They will end up sometimes on a shore several tiles (>20) away. I do not know if this is intended (for boats to just drop units in the vicinity), but it would be nice if it was changed.
