crocodiles are not able to survive in the swamp and they are also unable to climb the sand or descend from the sand.

In the swamp biome I often place crocodiles but they always die of hunger since other creatures don't spawn in swamp (this is only my observations)
I dunno if they are unable to climb out of the swamp biome and into sand or vice verse (as suggested by the original reporter) because my crocodiles have never survived that far
(In general crocodiles don't seem to survive in the swamp biome)

Yeah I can never get my crocodiles to survive. Frogs have a bug where they can’t eat and always die off, so the crocs don’t have food and just starve.
