Small Bug: Civilizations sometimes won't re-take tiles
I've seen in nearly all of my worlds, on PC and mobile, there will be some tiles (That have been hit by a tornado, set on fire, hit by a meteor) that the civilizations won't re-take. It isn't that big of an issue at all, but certainly makes the territories look a bit uglier and it would be nice if it could get fixed. (Also happens most often with human territories, no idea why.)
