Bugged house on water

I noticed half a house flashing in and out of existence above a docks from the dwarfs side

I dont know how it happened but wonder if anyone else has seen this? [Im on the mobile ver 0.12.3-354]

The docks of the dwarves have a glitch or bug near the top fire part of the docks. They form something like a missingno kinda thing
