Loading screen crash

For some reason,my loading screen reaches only the 90% and then crashes,i tried deleting all my apps and still didnt work

as the title suggests, at 90% the game freezes and is unplayable, this issue hasn't occured before today and I am not sure why. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, aswell as get rid of all my mods, but nothing has worked. What do I do?
