Ads not showing?

I’m on the mobile version. I noticed that when I said no to the ads being recommended to me via the game tracking me, it just…made it so no ads showed up ever again. I went into settings to turn the tracking on, and no dice. Please if you can help me, that would be really nice because I love this game a lot :)
