Broken after 0.13.7 Release

I bought this game yesterday, and it worked yesterday. After the "Smol Patches" release today at 11:49AM, it breaks. A dialog opens saying "Preparing to Launch World Box", steam slides off the screen to the left and the screen flashes black for a split second, then disappears. Steam returns and no bueno. Please help?
