Army Units Getting Into Boats Faster During War

A soldier will sometimes not travel with their army unit going into a boat during a war and sometimes takes too long to get into the boat like if the soldier couldn't find his sword at home. It's mildly irritating to watch the boat stay docked until all soldiers of the village are in. Like that soldier they were waiting on should of already been with his army as soon as they were leaving for war.
