PLEASE FIX! GAME IS UNPLAYABLE Iphone 6 plus

Pls help and fix this i have recently downloaded this game and everytime i try to play it, it just kicks me out of the loading screen after reaching 100% my device is on OS 12.5.5 and my device is an iphone 6 plus pls can u fix this or let me know if my device is too old for this game as it can run others but not this

I have also deleted other games on the device deleted and redownloaded the game and restarted my own device
