Land/sea/most textures won't load when I open or create a new world

When I load into Worldbox I get a weird console type thing that says 'MissingFieldException: Field 'Config.worldloading' not found. '. When I click out of this console and load into a world, the only thing that's visible particle effects and npcs, which don't move, when I try to make land, nothing happens. I do use mods but when I verified files nothing happened.

I keep getting this error: "MissingFieldException: Field not found: bool .Config.worldLoading Due to: Could not find field in class"

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it didnt worked.

I tried restarting my PC but it also didn't worked.
