Losing All Trait-Editor Progress

Hi, I loaded up WB v.0.10 (not sure what came after the 10) and when I tried playing the Steam version, I lost all my trait-editor progress. I did have Powerbox (the mod) installed on the 0.10 version.

Oh! Forgot to mention only the traits that were gained from achievements stayed. Also, as of now, I have almost all my traits back except the unlucky trait (ironic, I know).
