Ghost Kingdom
"Ghost kingdoms" occasionally appear. Upon hovering, it shows that they are at war with everyone through the red highlighting. Clicking on it shows there is no king or capital, however every village gets -20 loyalty for being the capital. The total kingdom populuation does not keep track of the population at all, however the other counters, such as villages and houses, seem to be accurate. It can't go to war with any kingdom. Although the villages display normally, going into kingdom mode makes it invisible. You can still hover over it, though, and it will still make the hover-highlight appear. Army markers don't change in size, whether you're hovering over the army's village or not. The AI, such as for culture and people, seems to be working fine otherwise.
May or may not be related to the bug where kingdoms with no people & no land can exist, which seems to be more common (2 times I've personally seen it versus the populated version),

NathanPlaysYou MergedI have seen the bug so I can offer more information. I've only seen this bug on Android, there was no capital and it was constantly at war. The age of the nation doesn't change either.
