Plots never occur so wars and alliances never happen

I play on Iceberg size maps. I've ran 7 different worlds since the update came out past 300 years each. In the first one plots occurred. In every one after that, plots do not occur. This prevents wars, rebellions, and alliances from occurring.

The debug window breaks the system, don’t use it until plots happen.

Yes, it happens to me when i generate my 2nd map. On 1st generation everything seems fine. So i have to restart the game from time to time

debug menu is not the problem, if this happens the plots will not work until you reinstall the game.
