[Bug] Alliance dissolves as soon as plot completes

Saw multiple instances of alliances dissolving immediately after being created. In 3 ages, only saw the creation of 1 alliance and the dissolution of around 3 in a row at the time of writing. I'm assuming this is a bug and not just bad RNG. A bit of a bummer since it would have been cool to see kingdoms who fought in a war create one after a loss. Please look into the issue.
