CANT CLOSE WINDOW

Hello, i downloaded a mod by the user "Dej" "History Mod" he also made other popular mods, but when i downloaded it and loaded up world box i couldnt close the window of a unit (it was blank and theres not even a unit there) i reinstalled the game itwas still there, deleted ncms, still there, deleted the actual mod, still there i dont know what caused this or how to fix it but i would love some help
