Mode Error

When I enter the game, I get a console and it says that some kind of error is repeated 2 times. This happened after I decided, as always, to download the next mod and when, after installing the mod, I enter the game, the Unity window pops out and the game crashes. I reinstalled the game and everything started working... Except mods. I just can't use them. Please help please. Many thanks in advance.
