Villages arent growing too max potential
while playing ive noticed that in some cases a village will not use all of its land it has conquered for more houses. making their population never reach ones that have.

I've encountered this many times, but mostly in newly founded, very small villages. Sometimes they don't even finish building the campfire. Sometimes they do, but don't build new houses. Sometimes they build one tent, but not more.. and then they all starve. -

disorderly conductI think its because you guys upvoted the poll that made it so that your whole island isnt looking like a suburban neighborhood

DashawnI've had a similar issue, at a certain point my villages seemed to have stopped growing, they don't collect wood or build new houses.

DenvaYeah I’ve noticed that when villages don’t have enough space they just become stagnant. Instead of building a shipyard and expanding to other islands they simply cease to expand.

BotMaster3000They stopped expanding for me completly, but not all of them, only some kingdoms it seems.
The borders arent expanding, no new houses built, they look like they have no motivation to do anything anymore. -

BotMaster3000Noticed that is might have something to do with missing wood. It doesnt happen every time, but when a village cant find trees near it, it sometimes seems to loose interest to continue growing, even if you add trees to its area afterwards.
So the AI seems to have a chance to bug out when no trees are around. -

sick_tr1cksInstead of breaking the entire game over one little poll in the discord server, they should have a world law that lets us choose if villages have a limit or not.
ever since worldbox went on steam, it made this problem so much worse. My villages can maybe build 5 houses and upgrade them by 1 level if I'm lucky. It just doesn't feel right when I'm constantly destroying villages to find a "good" one. No worldbox mod can fix this problem for me either. -

Steve G.In more than 10 tested worlds, the first few cities will NOT develop at all. In many cases I identified that some cities will never build anything. The starting fire, in almost all cases, only the foundation of the fire is built. The pops move around doing nothing. The population will not change from initial conditions unless a pop is added manually. Others build only a few building ~1-5 houses max. In best case scenario the highest pop growth hit 28 people. Other cities developed normally. Between 1 and 3 cities would be glitches. In my case, the issues occurred in 100% of worlds I started for tests. All subsequent worlds also produced the similar results 100% of the time. [Mobile User- Android S21]

Steve G.I accidentally omitted a significant detail. In rare cases if the fire pit is built. The animation will be entirely static. Other functioning cites will have normally functioning fire pit animations. [Android S21]
