BUG- don't let me watch ad

I already wait a few minutes and my wifi is good but it still not let me watch ad, my friend ad but I can't

Android 5.1 - Lollipop operating system. I have just the exact problem. I tried this on my other device, which is Android 7.1.2 and I did not encounter this problem. It seems that this is a problem of Android 5.1 users or something. I barely get ads and sometimes it disappears for no reason and waiting for a long time. My internet is OK, but I don't get ads.

It won’t definitely let me watch the ad
Every time I click the gift the game kicks me out.

Same mine keeps doing it then says that I need premium to skip the ad
