  Doesn't work for me either. I click the hourglass, and a small box appears with a single hourglass and an "x". Clicking the single hourglass closes the box. No effect is observed with any of the clicks.

  The hourglass on mobile is really broken so when ever you use the hourglass it does not allow you to change the time of the world so I have to spend hours waiting for the kingdom’s take over the entire map all the hourglass does is a little icon that appears but no button that allows you to change the time
