Game Is slow says im running mods when im not and mod folder appears empty
So i got the new update. I was gonna run world but it was really slow and didn't respond after 90% loading. After deleting the mods folder it appeared again when all my mods were deleted. its was responding but was still really slow. It said i still had mods but i didn't except for the example mod. Then when i clicked close for the menu screen the game was still super slow but the empty mod menu popped up with no mods i could click back or X and pressing escape just made it ask if i wanted to stop playing. I could find any guide for the issue on youtube but i couldn't see anything. I play on steam for windows.

The icons for the noise brushes are mixed up. The icons for the two larger brushes are where the two smaller brushes should be, and the icons for the three smaller brushes are where the three larger brushes should be. The issue is only with the icons, so when I click where the smallest brush should be, it still gives me the the smallest brush, but the icon shows that it would be the second largest. -
