  Having similar issues here they just don't want to get populating or it seems like they settle without having a female, so they just die out instantly.

  Something I'm theorizing is they simply don't have enough babies, for most of these countries unless they are having babies every few months they usually die out

  I've been able to 'fix' this by doing some gene modification and increasing birth rates or offspring (typically birth rates, as some species don't have ANY birth rate stat to begin with). This is a bandaid fix though, some actual balancing probably needs to be done.
